As last time kinda-sorta-should'a-been, the video will be for one day only on Halo Waypoint, so make sure to mosey over there sometime tomorrow. But hey, its already tomorrow if you live in Europe!!! I love the visual style in The Duel the whole watercolour with a slight defocused lense vibe to it mixed with a very desaturated colour pallete looked amazing. The story was fairly predictable because it felt ripped out of a typical samurai revenge/I must hold on to my ideals no matter the cost kind of story. Although that's really my only gripe and it's not that big of a deal because the animation was so gorgeous and unique with great voice acting that it didn't really bother me that much.
I for one seriously enjoyed 'The Duel'.
Really beautiful mix of water colours and CG (although the animation was vaguely awkward at times). Getting to see a big part of Elite/Arbiter history (and female Elites!) was really cool too.
Can't wait to get ze Blu-Ray.
