Gurren Lagann Movies to Screen at C2E2

So if you're Chicago-bound, you may want to add this into your schedule.

An anonymous tipster told me to head back on over to that Gurren Lagann the Movie USA website that launched a while back-- the one that updated, accidentally leaked a link to Bandai Entertainment, and then mysteriously un-leaked itself (I still haven't heard anything back from BEI about it). I did, and what did I find? The site's updated slightly-- there's now a Twitter feed, GurrentheMovie, and its latest tweet talks about...C2E2?

Yes, it looks like both Gurren Lagann films will be screened at C2E2, the latest comics and entertainment show run by Reed Exhibitions (of Book Expo, New York Comic Con, and New York Anime Fest fame). There will also be an Aniplex panel on Sunday, and they say we "will want to be there." Perhaps time for a Gurren Lagann announcement?...

Unfortunately I won't be at C2E2; our Comic Vine siblings will, but they'll be pretty busy. If any of you are planning to hit up the show and want to attend Aniplex's panel, do please hit me up-- I'd love it if we could work out a way for you to pass on the news straight to me (and, by extension, straight to everyone at Anime Vice)!

Nice...I had not heard of this anime, but I will be adding it to my watch list (just as soon as I finish the darn Bount saga in Bleach)...n_n

If the announcement is it being licensed, they may have my money right now.

I hope that they somehow add the Parallel Works in too. I would buy them (or perhaps they should be extras with the movie releases).

The world would probably implode from great value.

@ShadowKnight508:
If you can watch Hulu, here you are. We checked it out on site awhile back.
