Oh man, you know what I love... Eden of the East
You know why I love it... Because its Ah-freaking-mazing.

Granted, this is the obviously biased writing of a serious fan, but its entirely true. So imagine the sadness that washes over me when I find out that the theatrical films set to continue the story (Eden of the East: King of Eden), get delayed by three months! Though, its worth pointing out that this makes little immediate difference to me, as I'm busy saving my nickles for the eventual FUNimation release of the title, but darned if I'm not upset for Japan.

Sure I "could" be bitter and upset that "I" don't get to see it, like with Evangelion 2.0, but I'd rather be the bigger man, and just be happy that "someone" gets to enjoy it. Well, there is a silver lining to the delay. Apparently, the "production issues" that plague the movie happen to be the inclusion of another 30 minutes of film, bringing the project up to 90 minutes.

So, while yes, its getting delayed, at least its for a good reason. And hey, movie 1 comes out this Saturday in Japan, so at least that'll tide us over.

Hmmm....  I've actually never heard about the show but, now I'm interested.  Might have to check out the anime some time soon.  It's a bummer when big shows/games/etc. get delayed.

The series made my brain all hurt-y so I think I welcome more time between instalments.  Gives me opportunity to puzzle out the first film before they drop the second one on me.

I just finished the show. Guess I'll wait a while longer for the rest of the story.
