Delicious Décor: Cup Udon Tissue Holder

Before I loved anime, I loved Nissin Cup Noodles (and the Maruchan equivalent). My mother let me take far too many of them to school for lunch (but they were so easy!) when I was a kid, and my favorite flavor was shrimp. Mmm, delicious shrimp Cup Noodles. (Actually, on a chilly day like today, that sounds pretty tasty.)

Anyway, IZ Reloaded has this hilarious piece of home décor, perfect for anyone you know who's obsessed with Japanese cuisine...particularly the lower-end, fast food side of it. It's a tissue box that looks like a curry-flavored “Cup Udon” (udon is another kind of Japanese soup; the change is surely a mere trademark side-stepping).

Now, IZ suggests that it would actually fool people, and honestly, I don't think the goal of a tissue holder is to fool people into not thinking you actually have tissues available. But it's still pretty damn cute.

Would you buy it?

Oh gosh I love random junk I don't need, lord knows I have plenty of stuff I don't need but buy anyway. This is adorable. I would buy this if it isn't expensive.
