The wiki tasks really have a lot of updating going on with the Anime Vice wiki pages. There's going to be a new push on popular series for the tasks. Manga overview pages have been a popular theme lately. Member PiFace314 have been doing a lot of well done wiki updates. There is still one outstanding manga bounty to be had in the Wiki Task Queue for Naruto.

Wonderful Wikis
For a long time, the Manga profile sections have been some of the most neglected on Anime Vice. With some of the new tasks that has been changing. Some pages that were once blank are now brimming with incredible detail. Here are some manga pages that have been recently updated to the wiki style guide. The Naruto task still needs a user to take up. See the Task Queue for information.

FireFoxArt's Wonder Woman Once Piece article is really an amazing thing. Fantastic.
Kelleth's A Forced Blog made me do math! Ha.
Guys at Whiskey Media hate breasts??
@ethan:
I created several Wiki Tasks for some of the larger manga series. I'll give them a week or two. If no one takes them. I'll fill them out.
Had this article been relevant in any way to that picture I would've said fair enough. I then would've said why was there a clean up of hentai if that is going to be used to represent the site. What? It's ok because it doesn't show nipples? That's crap, it's about the principal.
But of all things that image was used to represent this community and what they do on this site. That's not right in my opinion.
No, it just that the image choice for this article perpetuates one of the negative stereotypes that people have of anime fans; especially over on Giant Bomb where the once joking phrase "anime is for jerks" has become gospel.
Look, I like anime boobs as much as the next guy, but when you're advertising an article on your site (especially one about the community) to the rest of Whiskey Media, it would be best to avoid images of a perverse nature if possible.
Don't be silly, it's relevant in that there's 10 words out of 400 or so devoted to it!
But yeah. One step forward, two steps back.
I agree.

That would have made thing allot better!
@b0nd07: Now I'm just waiting for Zombiepie to comment on that lol
I don't think you can win when it comes to anime over at GB. Doesn't really matter what the article pictures are. People have entrenched themselves in the anime is for jerks crap and there is no going back.
Please don't insinuate that Jeffsekai and the other ignorant people responding in that thread represent all of Whiskey Media. That's a very depressing thought.
At the very least the people now running this site should not be giving them more wood for the fire. Can you at least agree to that?

Ironically, that's how I'd describe Anime Vice as a whole since Gia and John were let go. But that's for another day (and a blog I'll type out tomorrow).
Man...FUCK ANIME! Western animation FOR LIFE!
Anyways let it be know that on Giant Bomb we have pron for our community to enjoy just like Anime Vice.
Each site has its own rules and regulations. As you'll notice Comic Vine has strict rules against swearing and we at Giant Bomb take a hard stance on You Tube videos. Personally I want to stop fan art from being added to the database on Giant Bomb but time and time again I find I'm in the minority with that opinion so I'll continue to respect the community and my fellow mods in that regard.
Cross site hate is inevitable, and unfortunately unavoidable. If you feel like one site is going in the wrong direction take your concerns up with Ethan or other Staff members. Don't direct your anger or displeasure at the community in question or the site.
Also I want to get this off my chest because it gets brought up every now and then. Users on Giant Bomb that say "Anime is for Jerks" are not the problem. They say that as a joke, and a poor one at that, but seriously guys...grow some tough skin. They aren't insulting your family honor Just ignore it or even flag it if you want to be even more productive to the moderation process, and just be on your way.
I can understand the viewpoints of some people in the thread. But that said, High-school of the dead is pretty good. if not ludicrously full of fan service :D (I refer in part to matrix gun bullet time bewbs)
