Community Spotlight - Evangelion!

The long break is finally over

The long break is finally over for the celebration of America's Thanksgiving holiday, and we have two weeks worth of submissions to consider for this Anime Vice Community Spotlight for the first week of December. The news of these past two weeks had Tom Pinchuk giving his final thoughts on the Abenobashi anime, and his returned to Fullmatal Alchemist: Brotherhood for his Watch & Learn segments. We learned that series favorites such as Dragon Ball and Rock Lee would be getting some SD manga spinoffs,Love Hina creator Ken Akamatsu is putting together a free online manga siteOne Piece is getting a 3D movie, and Evangelion 2.0 finally has a solid US release date for January 2011 in theaters and March 2011 for the DVD/Blu-ray. That was the big news. Now, to the users who grease the wheels of Anime Vice.

I think that the sixth episode of Alpha Victor done by Doc Haus and gang deserves an honorable mention.

@nVision:
Crap, I thought I was forgetting something. I spent so much time looking through two weeks of blog posts. That slipped my mind.

Hey I'm mentioned again... and again for Transformers related stuff.... I should totally throw you guys a curveball and do something major for GoBots! :)
If for no other reason then the satisfaction I would receive from seeing Scooter mentioned in community spotlight!

I was actually a bit surprised I didn't get a mention this time with consideration of other series. I am looking to make some Wiki progress and such with other shows here soon. I guess what I'm looking for is the stats for November as a number of my material has been used for other site's articles.

Sweet, Oreimo got a mention. I need to fill some more of that in.
Good job as always Fox, good work everyone who got a mention.

@Newten:
Well, the episode profiles are well maintained, but the main profile could use some updating.

@Kelleth:
Hard to believe it wasn't that long ago the profile had almost no information on it.

@FoxxFireArt: And that's pretty much all thank to you. :)

 I'm actually a bit worried about the distribution of the points. Even though its 500 its not that much seeing how many people are taking the task.

@Kelleth:
I do tend to fill out profiles in full when I start one. I have knowledge in sooo many series.

The larger problem is that it's too hard to tell who did what in the quest. Not everyone filled out that section to let anyone know. I wrote most of the finer details and organized the Pokemon into tables.

I added Suicune, Pichu, and Grimer.... about ten or more others I can't remember off hand as well and started adding types as concepts (I did Water and Electric types someone else did dark) I know the pokemon types were not part of it but I kinda thought those should be concepts on AV as well.

@EganTheVile1:  It pretty apparent that your one of the 4 main people working on the task. I just hope that i have enough points for everybody.
