Greetings yet again, Anime Vice Community. Hope everyone had a great January. I finally made my back order of manga using some of my Christmas money. Pretty soon, I'm gonna need a new bookshelf to hold them all. Though we didn't have many wiki submissions last week, we have plenty this time around. There's a lot of nice work out there to spotlight.
The Winter Watch articles are going strong, and we may be adding some more series if this keeps up. There is also the return of the Quick PIcks article for the last week of January. It's always nice to see the front page being busy.
Maybe it's just me, but I really don't get this sudden popularity of this My Little Pony series. Let alone why it's in the Anime Vice wiki, but the users appear to like it. Still seems like a topsy turvy world now that grown men are using My Little Pony for their avatar. I'm washing my hands of that weirdness. Though, feel free to yell at me in the comments if you think I'm wrong. Just don't expect any ponies in the spotlight picture anytime soon.

Anime AMV Showcase
The AMV for this week is actually the personal creation of one of my favorite artists. The creator of the US manga Gold Digger, Fred Perry. I look to this man as my artistic idol. He produced this short of Fountain of Wayne's song "Stacy's Mom" and personally animated the whole thing using characters from his Final Fantasy XI inspired web comic on his website.
