Today: Episode 3 - The Mysterious Person at the Eight Fields

Awwww, I really enjoyed yesterday's episode, even if it was a little bit sad.

 Natsume, cha-cha-cha!  LOL!

"it seems like someone who would benefit from your death is not the best person to have as a bodyguard"

I feel like Nyanko-sensei's sitting in judgment of Natsume, interested in his kindness and helping him while his reasons are pure, but waiting for it to fail so he can eat him.  At one point here he calls himself a punisher of humans, but I think the good guy that Natsume is has taken him aback and he's intrigued.  His motives are not exactly as he says I think, since he likes to appear gruff and scary.

@sunflower: Well-put!

I feel bad for the big horsey(?) youkai. I hope Natsume helps him out between episodes.

@crusader8463: What stood out to me in this episode was...

@gia:  We get to see the horsey guy again.    I liked the two mid-levels and their cheering.

@sunflower: Ya i understand the importance of the episode for the development of the character, but i just didn't find it all that interesting to watch. It is what i like to call a set up or introductory episode that is used to base future stories off of. That is my guess anyway give my observations and the reasons you mentioned above.
