Have you ever heard that song, “Mister Lonely,” which features Alvin (as in, Alvin and the Chipmunks Alvin) along with R&B singer Akon?
Well, Akon has seeeeriously upgraded his singing compatriots. According to Tokyograph, Akon will be releasing an album in Japan next month, and one of the songs on it features BoA. The album is called Freedom+2, and takes songs from Ako'ns third US album “Freedom.” On the US version, the song “Beautiful” featured Akon with Kardinall Offishall and Colby O'Donis, but apparently for the Japanese release, Akon wanted to work with a singer from Asia. (He did the same thing with the song in Portugal with Brazilian singer Negra Li, in Dutch with singer Brace, and in Spanish with singer Dulce Maria.)
It couldn't have been a better time for BoA Kwon, the South Korean pop singer who you'll probably remember for her anime themes, particularly InuYasha's first ending, “Every Heart.”
I confess that “Mister Lonely” is something of a guilty pleasure of mine, so I really hope this comes out as a single so we see a PV. If I catch a copy, I'll be sure to post it for you guys!

Also, it's just Lonely.
