If Lelouch and Aizen were both camp counselors, who would lead their team to victory in a rousing game of capture the flag?

Rules/Setting
The rules of the game are simple. The camp is divided into two different territories. Players must capture the other team’s flag, and return back into their territory without being tagged. Tagging a player in enemy territory will send that player into jail, and must stay their until a teammate sets them free. Both Lelouch and Aizen have their signature powers, and they themselves can not either tag enemy players, or pick up the flag. Just to set things clear, Lelouch does not have access to Knightmare Frames, and Aizen does not have any of his underlings or the Hogyoku, or the ability to use kido. Each team consists of 20 children. Now for the setting, each team’s territory has a heavily wooded area where the flag is hidden, and a large field in the middle.
Lelouch
Using his power, the Geass, Lelouch has “the power of absolute obedience”, the power to obey him without question to the best of their ability. However, he can only use this once per person. That’s not all, Lelouch is also a genius-level intellect and strategist that is capable of leading a small band of men to victory over an empire. Rumor has it that when he was a child he created a secret sign language that contained over 500 words. But on the flip side Lelouch is terribly out of shape.
Aizen
Aizen’s shikai has the ability of “complete hypnosis”, which gives him the ability to control a persons five senses completely. No one is immune to the hypnosis, and can last forever. All Aizen has to do is release his sword in order for the hypnosis to be complete. He is also a master tactician, master manipulator, and master strategist. One of his schemes has spanned over a hundred years, and still has not derived from his original plan.
The Battle
I can just imagine what kind of pre-game lecture these kids will receive, I almost feel sorry for them. Aizen will most likely first release his sword in front of his own teammates so that they will fall victim to his hypnosis, the same with Lelouch; however I don’t believe Lelouch will geass all his children until he knows the battle field better.I believe the real match will start when a member of the opposing team is sent to jail. Once their they have the high probability of being either geassed, or hypnotized. Thusly once they are released from jail the corrupted child can then lead the opposition to the flag. So it would be in everyone’s best interest to not rescue anyone from jail.
In the end every child is going to be tainted by both powers, pawns for their counselors. What it is going to come down to is communication between players and maybe a little bit of luck.
The Outcome
In the end this will be a very close match, but I believe the winner will be Lelouch. The power of complete hypnosis is wonderful and all, but I think Lelouch’s geass has the ability to even command someone that is hypnotized, thusly giving him an edge. Unlike Aizen, Lelouch is familiar with commanding small teams, basically accustomed to being the underdog. Most importantly without Kubo, Aizen has lost most of his power. What do you think would win this epic battle? Who would you like to see go head to head next?

Aizen is a prime example of making a character too good at something. Seems like things always go his way. No matter how silly that may be. You would chop him in half and his last words would be "All part of my plan.".
I like Lelouch. So, I certainly accept that victory.
Haha...that's quite funny
Lelouch will have more bodies working for his cause over the course of the game due to him being able to manipulate people to do his bidding. He's probably aware that Aizen has some sort of ability since this is obviously some weirdo superhero camp. He may not know what Aizen can do, but I think he will play it safe and not tell his team where their flag is actually located or he'll flat out lie to them and give them false locations.
Aizen's Strategy
Aizen has shown that keeping people in the dark about his plans is his modus operandi. Like Lelouch, I doubt he'll actually tell his team where the flag is or he'll tell them a false location. I can see him pulling both teams together like and saying some like,
Victor
Nobody is going to outsmart the other and the layers of deceit and subterfuge will keep both captains guessing and coming up with false positives. It's a summer camp so they won't be out there playing for like 3 days straight. After a couple of hours it will be time for swimming and the game will end in a stalemate.
Ability:
Aizen easy. I mean come on, one shot power vs complete hypnosis forever. Lelouch needs eye contact and this can only be one command per person. Aizen needs then to only see his sword, with shunpo this would be simple to show the enemy his blade. Lelouch relys on seeing the person, who is knows if he could even see him in the first place this would stop both powers and allowing Aizen to kill Lelouch by removing his soul.
Intelligence:
Lelouch has been shown to have people smarter for at least an instance, he has had to rethink strategies. Aizen on the other hand hasn't. This also relys on Information gathering to use both of their intelligence.
Information gathering:
This would be the key between the two, who could work out the others abilities first. Again Aizen, He is a shinigami, incorporeal vs something that is corporeal. Aizen has the entire of hueco mundo, Lelouch at his highest had all of humanity. So all the evil that has died in history vs current humanity. This would mean that Lelouch would need to find all the humans who can even see Aizens forces, who would need to than gather information.
Verdict:
Fight is silly and fun to think about but I would say a win for the shinigami
AIZEN.
Haha...good one. I always got that vibe from Aizen. It seems like he is omniscient in everything Bleach, and it gets annoying.
Lelouch!! Maybe Aizen will have even less to say after he loses lol
Thanks. There is a 4koma in that joke somewhere. Maybe I should make that one once I'm done with the Batman one I'm working on.
ok he's just awesome
Aizen's manipulations tend to involve specific people and events, where as Lelouch is better at battlefield strategy
no question,
"I think Lelouch would win because he's way too sexy....Also Aizen is an extreme pedo and really needs to take a chill pil XD"
Aizen would easily win. First he kills the Ref, then he kills Lelouch (won't be that hard, Lelouch once lost his entire army) then he just slaughters everyone else living him as the only person alive.
Personally neither impresses me, both seem to win only because the writer is writing in their favor, Lelouch never won over the rest of the core off the Black Knights except Kallen, and mainly uses his Geass powers as a crutch. Aizen doesn't care about anyone since his already basically won because his invincible until Kubo Tite decides his not and Ichigo defeats him while everyone else watches.
If I was Aizen, I would have all my team conditionned to ignore Lelouch ordrer. It's not a game ending tricks, but it would blow some of the strategy of lelouch...
Better yet, I would hypnotized the team member so they would take a sacrifice member to Aizen, you imagine the chaos...
