Rants and Raves
It's funny to me that Byakuya is so prideful about asking Ichigo to save Soul Society's ass. You would that after rescuing his dead wife's sister, defeating Aizen, and all around being the savior of all Shinigami, he'd be used to Ichigo saving the day. But nope, he's not and guess what? We get a whole half a chapter dedicated to him bumbling around and talking about how shamed it makes him.
Grade
C+. They need to get on with it. Where's the Royal Guard? Where's Aizen? Where's Hollow Ichigo? Ichigo appearing isn't the big reveal or shocker that Tite Kubo seems to think it is. Cool art though.

WTF, when did those nameless guys start to help Ichigo and also why Ichigo not rushing Rukia, Renji and Byakuya to a medic or a safe place before facing the bearded guy? There tons of enemies around, looking to kill anything that still breathing and also I pretty sure that Byakuya can still be save. (now, I back where I started from)

Yeah, we knew this was going to happen. Didn't help that it went so slowly.
Byakuya bitching about Ichigo helping Soul Society is trite. Not only did Ichigo escape soul society as a rookie he has been the savior multiple times. I like Byakuya, but Kubo used some bad writing there.
