Sasuke gets answers to the questions he already knew, and some that no one has ever asked.
The Good
The absolute best part of this chapter was the dueling personalities of the hokages. Hashirama is hilarious, and Tobirama reminds me of a Vulcan. It calls to mind how we tend to idealize figures from history, but those images would probably be shattered if you ever actually met them. One of the best moments easily has to be Hashirama's reactions to hearing Tsunade had become hokage. She was such an adorable little money grubber.
I will say that this chapter is a nice example of how the idea of "separate but equal" is an utter farce. It's not that Tobirama didn't have logical validations to his actions, but you don't make people feel welcome in a society if all you're doing is regulating them to a small corner of your community and treat them as potential criminals. He did little more than fan the flames.
The Bad
Much like the Force. Some things are better left unexplained. There's no reason to remove the magic out of everything to break it down by the science. That's what we get this week by Kishimoto explaining the power of the Sharingan Eye. The more the Uchiha love something. The darker they become if they ever lose that love. They are the literary equivalent of a spousal abuser that lashed out when they're disappointing. This is a question I feel I would have been happier never knowing.
How many times does Sasuke need to be told the truth before he finally believes it? It's the same story over and over, and he's repeatedly said that nothing will deter his from his path. While I'm pleased that Orochimaru didn't raise the hokages to level the village. I'm at a complete loss over where this is heading. We're really being kept from concluding an epic war for this meeting of the minds that has no end in sight?
Verdict 3/5
The pacing and path of this week's chapter is still completely unclear. However, It was still entertaining to finally get to know some of the previous Hokages a bit better. Still, what is the point of this resurrected Q & A session? I sometimes wish I had a better connection to how the Japanese audience reacts to this series week to week. Seeing how the readers are reacting to this aimless sidebar to the Shinobi World War must be fascinating. What do you think is the answer to Sasuke's closing question? What does it mean to be a shinobi?

I really don't like this chapter, it pretty much destroy the current bad guys and all of the Uchiha (beside Itachi) for me. Also this prove that I was right about Tobi going crazy if Rin was alive, but didn't want to go out with him (he probably would go on a rampage). Tobi isn't a dark version of Naruto, he is more of a immature brat who can't control his feeling (I was already thinking that before this). I really wish we didn't find this out, it just ruined the series for me
I did like the Hokages, but feel like the third isn't acting in character (since Orochimaru try to kill him). The second is my favorite. I do wonder why none of them sense the Ten Tails or Nine Tails or Eight Tails or Madara or the one thousand ninjas, do hope they address that in the next chapter
I dislike Sasuke chapters (beside the one with Kabuto), I do hope the Hokages just kill him right there

The third still sees Orochimaru as one of his students (even when he was fighting him). He is still in his character.
This is further proof that everything wrong with this series will always and forever be linked to Sasuke's existence. (Well in this person's opinion at least)
@LordTerminal: And after this chapters I can say the same about the 2nd Hokage, half of the shitty things were indirectly his fault
