AV MOD MATERIAL: Fall 2012 Simulcast Schedule

Want to know where to LEGALLY find this season's new anime online? Let us tell you!

As fans of a foreign entertainment medium we are sometimes left with the short end of the stick. It's really hard to enjoy the series when one has to resort to illegal means to watch them. Don't fret, that's what simulcasts are for!

Crunchyroll, Anime Network and FUNimation work to make sure this barrier doesn't led to any illegal streaming. With little to almost no time between the Japanese premiere of the show and the websites' streaming we can enjoy anime the way it is meant to be enjoyed. Below you will find the Fall season's simulcasted anime. Let us know what you'll be watching.

Special thanks to Bigheart711 and takashichea (who did most of the work).

Man, I thought they open Crunchyroll in Latin America.

Edit: I guess they excluded your home country, Dominica Republica.

Marshal Victoryon Oct. 17, 2012 at 2:09 p.m.

I use Crunchyroll . Quality of stream is great . Anime Network tho i seem to have problems with their player more often then not.

Now hulu is not as fast on vids but they do have ...!code-breaker?g=anime!k?g=anime!magi?g=anime!kamisama-kiss?g=anime

but what they do not have they link to another site.They seem to run half a season behind .Vid quality is always good.

Petiewon Oct. 17, 2012 at 3:18 p.m.
Funimation is always region locked and Anime News Network is releasing everything over a month late. Crunchyroll looks like the only decent site, they've good a good range of shows, though are lacking some of the big names.
If they want to compete against piracy I think these sites really need to up their game!
Halberdierv2on Oct. 17, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.

@takashichea: I'm not from the Dominican Republic, I'm from The Commonwealth of Dominica, an english speaking country.

however, I think i still would be part of the latin america network, though, so maybe that's why.

I'm locked out of Funamation, except for a few youtube animes uploaded, and i haven't used Anime Network before.

AURON570on Oct. 17, 2012 at 4:44 p.m.

Almost no time to watch anime lately T-T.

CR did open up for Latin America... I actually use it (I'm in Mexico) a lot.

Some shows are blocked for copyright purposes but most of them are available. I find it's better than nothing.

Sorry, I will try to remember that.

What's bad about Funimation Youtube channel is that they have the latest anime series. It's mostly old shows.

Try this link:

I check the article. They only include

Argentina: 20 ARS, Bolivia: 35 BOB, Chile: 2490 CLP, Colombia: 9900 COP, Costa Rica: 2490 CRC, República Dominicana 189 DOP, Guatemala: 39 GTQ, Honduras: 89 HNL, México: 69 MXN, Nicaragua: 109 NIO, Panamá: 5 PAB, Paraguay: 22000, PYG, Perú: 13 PEN, Uruguay: 99 UYU, and Venezuela 20 VEF.

No Commonwealth of Dominica.

Same here.

I agree. Due to licensing and legal stuff, they can't open to all countries. I'm hoping they will expand.

@Marshal Victory:

Crunchyroll is pretty my primary way to watch anime. I don't use Funimation because they provide bad screenshots since I'm usually wiki editing. I can't even turn off the subtitles or the Funi watermark. I haven't tried Anime Network or Hulu yet.

Marshal Victoryon Oct. 18, 2012 at 4:27 p.m.

@takashichea: hulu you can turn of subtitle most of the time.What kinda program ya usne for screen caps ? Also

pretty sure are legit .They have feeds from funimation an cruchyrol an hulu .But as i recall you can turn off subtitles with them as well depending on the show.

takashichea moderator is online on Oct. 19, 2012 at 5:38 p.m.

@Marshal Victory:

I just use my old screenshot button on the keyboard. I used to use sickVisionz's screencap program until my old Windows XP crash.

@Marshal Victory:

Do you have to be a subscribed member to turn off the subs for Hulu?

Marshal Victoryon Oct. 19, 2012 at 10:57 p.m.

Bah since they changed their ui an web pages its difrent . before you could turn them off right on the player now you can only toggle to have them come on if close captions are avaliable.Really dont like the new set up at all. but the quality of vids an stream is better than Funamation by far.

I had same stream erros on Funmation site i get on Anime Network :/

Also on hulu you can set up a free acount an quee shows an favorites .But they seem on most shows a few weeks behind.

When ya hit print screen it saves it in your documents or pictures?

takashichea moderator is online on Oct. 20, 2012 at 12:34 a.m.

@Marshal Victory:

Cool, thanks for the info.

No, you have to save it manually through paint, Adobe, or any other program when I hit the print screen button on the keyboard. When I used sickVisionz's program, it had a convenient way to save by skipping it. Though, you still have to crop the image.
