Anime AMV Showcase

An AMV creator on YouTube took the audio from the new Guillermo del Toro sci-fi film PACIFIC RIM and put it over a cut from theEVANGELION REBUILD movies. It's a well done edit. The Japanese subtitles are a nice touch.

Remember, if you would like to submit something for the Spotlight. You can send me a PM, but please be sure to add "Spotlight" to the subject line. I can't stress how important that is because it might just be lost in my Inbox when I clear it.Even if you have worked on something yourself and are really proud of your work. Get to work, and make more content for the next Spotlight!! Jana!!

Great character page I think the story arcs intemidate me a little when it comes to those so I tend to steer away lol.

That Zelgadis Greywords page is looking good !

You guys are always on and of course excellent work as always you guys where of the few who's wiki pages I checked out all the time to figure out ways to do them and you never fail to help out so thanks for being awesome!

Awesome job, everyone!
Awesome job, everyone!

I almost forgot to comment on the last spotlight page. Great job on Ouran High School Club's page! Oh, what have we here. I see a tag team between you and on G-Taste. told me to try it when I was looking for good reverse harems back in summer of 2012. My teammate Acura Max is awesome. He does excellent work and finds something cool in the anime news.

I haven't tried Neon Genesis Evangelion or watch Pacific Rim yet. The trailer for Pacific Rim was cool.

@takashichea: Thank you! =)

Yeah I thought Ouran High School Host Club was really good!

@takashichea: You're really awesome yourself Taka. I wish we had people your kind of passion for the wiki on screened. By the way, I saw the Supernatural discussion thread on Screened. I guess that means I finally have incentive to the series, the mythos sounds really interesting from what I had read so far.

Also I was wondering why you didn't pick up on the Evangelion reference when you were watching Robotics;Notes.

@Aleasha: You do some excellent work yourself. I don't think I could dream of getting at least a thousand wiki points per day.

Aleasha gains a lot of points (about 40 per image) because she adds a lot of images when doing those massive character tables on those franchises. We didn't do it to Robotics;Notes franchise page because we already did it to the anime series page. I didn't want to make redundant information, so I'm still thinking how to make the character section on the franchise page different.

The thing I was going to do is just talk only about the main characters in depth for the franchise page. While on the anime series page, we list the voices for all the characters: main, minor, and villains and include a short 1-2 sentences for description.

Daniel, FoxxFireArt, the mods, and the wiki editors are talking about revising the wiki style to make it less redundant.

You'll be at the top. When I was new, I never thought I reach the top along with my teammates especially my old friend, Annabanana. She was a warrior. She used to finish summaries and did character pages at the same time while uploading an overwhelming amount of images. If you look at Fairy Tail, most of the character pages were her work.

I couldn't catch up to her until she had to leave the community to focus on her grad school work. It's a bit lonely a year ago, but I keep finding new people and keeping the wiki alive.

Classic animes I haven't watch are Death Note, Trigun, and Neon Evangelion. I had the chance to try Cowboy Bebop with you, Aleasha, and Sonata via chat room.

I definitely try out Ouran High School Club.

@Acura_Max: lol Thanks! Supernatural by the way is an awesome show I have watched it from day one and still continue to do so. You should check it out for sure.

Awesome job to the community. The Wiki is getting better each and every week:)

@Aleasha: the challenge was to make sure Character Evolution and Story Arc don't repeat each other. And when you have something like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, it's hard to condense it much as possible.

Aleashaon Feb. 1, 2013 at 3:47 a.m.

@buhssuht: Yeah that's what worries me going into a character page. You did an excellent job of making sure it didn't repeat so Kudos in the future I might try one but it will have to be a character I know really well to feel confident I can continue to give new and interesting information through out the page.

The character tables do give a lot of points and as I mostly do franchise pages and occasionally Anime pages I tend to rack them up when I get in my all day wiki days. I plan to branch out myself but I haven't found one I want to try my hand at yet as far as character and episode pages.
