Yoichi Hiruma is very much the Nick Fury of the above team. He has an unbelievable cache of military-grade weapons. He would be the one shooting the rocket launcher at the jet near the end of the Avengers.
Lelouche could be something of a Black Widow or Manhunter, using his hypnotized minions to perform stealth missions (not to mention his tactical advice).
Tiger and Bunny's Kotetsu is a pretty clear Iron Man parallel.
Akira from Eden of the East (with the assistance of his trusty phone) could bring havoc upon any target, and could also serve as the source of funds and materials.
And of course, Kamina, the leader.
There's another character from Yu Yu Hakusho I'd love to add, but I don't want to spoil things too much for those in the middle of Chapter Black.
Hmm...
Leader - Roy Mustang. Military trained, with alchemy for support and fire alchemy for assault.
Medic/Support - Josuke Higashikata (protag of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure part 4). His Stand Crazy Diamond can restore anything back to its initial state, or whatever Josuke thinks the original state was. Also incredibly fast and strong.
Bruiser - Jotaro Kujo (JJBA Part 3/4/6) Star Platinum is one of the physically strongest and fastest Stands even before getting its upgrade.
Assassin/Trump Card - Ryougi Shiki (Kara no Kyoukai) Skilled weapon user, can kill almost anything; people, objects, even concepts.
Didn't put a whole lot of thought into this, just what popped into my head first.
Now that I think of it Mr. Satan is really similar to Don Kanonji.
Gona agree with sam on the leader. Not because of the guts.Because a guy in a suited up with pads an not on the feild leading would be entertaining.L would be NEET... i will leave it at that.
My line up
At brick or main tank position coming in fromAesthetica of a Rogue Hero...
Akatsuki Ousaka reasons hes a good jobber can fill in as heavy hiter an since its a male group odds of a sexual harasment suit being filed would be zero.
Wiith a arm mega-man would adore...fromSpace Adventure Cobra..
Cobra the james bond of outer space. For ranged attack an space travel an some one on the team has to smoke a cigar.
To shore up our magic an tea service incoming fromBlack Butler.....
Sebastian Michaelis every team needs one hell of a butler.
An last but not least for the main team.. he who has his name in the anime titles..fromLupin III ...
Lupin III from gadgets to stealth an others would think hes the leader...
But the real leader from the shadows .. The closest thing to Batman in anime.. an robin to.. Case Closed its..
Conan Edogawa thats right Detective Conan!!! If he can handle the Detective Boys he can handel this motely crew.
I give you team ... Rogue Vice!!!
You may set of the multicolor smoke pilars behind each character ......now!
...you guys are saying Mr. Satan's name weird on purpose, right? Or do they actually say it like that in the original Japanese version? I have to say Sam's impression was pretty spot on though.
Hmmm... I'll have to think about this and post my team later.
Also, I still want to set up a poll for the best girl team at some point. I'll have to set that up as one of the new Anime Vice Weekly Polls, and another poll for the dude teams too.
nice picks guys,
my top 4 bad ass anime team,
1. "L" ( Brains of the outfit,)
2. Spike (from Cowboy Bebop) bounty hunter dude,
3. Shizuo Heiwajima (from Durarara) bartender and also ass kicker when provoked,
4. Lord Death (from Soul Eater) leader
1. Urumi Kanzaki Brains of the group.
2. Golgo 13 ass kicker and assassin of the group.
3.Sousuke Sagara weapons expert, spy, pilot, and back up ass kicker.
4. Motoko Kusanagi leader of the group.
Well here is my male dream team with a little more thought a couple might change but along with my girl team from last time I like it.
Edit:
Should I add a fifth to my female dream team as I only added 4 ??
I recently discovered this site and became a member just for this. From what I've seen i think my team can even take on the ones with overpowered bleach characters like Urahara. Don't get me wrong Urahara is a boss. So here is my list
And now for the leader
Wow. That Hercule (MR SATAN) impression was frighteningly accurate.
A 5 man team? Damn. Begin with the obvious...
The Sass Mouth
Vegeta. He's the guy who is absolutely an asset to the team, but he's always at odds with the leader.
Comic Relief
Duo Maxwell (in his Gundam, of course). You need someone to break up the tension, to lighten up the mission briefings and whatnot.
The Muscle
Guts. The man carries a sword that Cloud Strife could only dream of, and he cuts through anything with it. He's a human who willingly battles demons. You can't get any tougher.
The Brain
Aramaki. Growing up as a Marvel Comics reader, I do enjoy a Prof X type. So why not have Aramaki from GiTS figuring out a battle plan? The man is at the head of a group of badass future cops, and he's less creepy and manipulative than Charles Xavier, too
The Leader
Gene Starwind. Yes, there are many team leaders out there to choose from, and many ship captains, but this one is mine! He's got a badass gun, a ship with arms, and a great name!
Sneaky Bastard of the Team: Chinese Electric Batman himself - Hei from Darker than Black.
Team Chessmaster: Aramaki from Ghost in the Shell. If L is the Batman style chessmaster, then Aramaki is the George Smiley.
Angel Summoner to everyone else's BMX Bandit: Alucard from Hellsing. In terms of raw power he blows everyone else away. However, one of the character's traits is that he can work well with others provided that he can respect their skill and ability.
The Obligatory Spaceship Captain: Captain Harlock - which leads me to my realization that to a certain degree, this list is turning out less like the Anime Justice League, and more like the Anime League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The list is collecting a group of heroes who are each competent at their jobs, and are willing to do whatever it takes to save the world, but they are certainly not traditional heroes in the slightest. This leads me to pick five.
The Obligatory Super Robot Jockey: Guy Shishioh of GaoGaiGar. Unlike the rest of these characters, Guy is very much a super hero - his cyborg body gives him abilities beyond that of normal men, and when that isn't enough, that's what GaoGaiGar, Big Volfogg, and the rest of the Ultimate Robot Force is for. Oh, and his support team (which presumably would be coming along for the ride, as they do maintenance on the Giant Robot, has enough Hot Blood that they would not be topped until the release of Gurren Lagann.
Honorable Mention:Obligatory Psychic: Locke the Superman, from the show of the same name. Locke is a character who hasn't really gotten much popularity in the US, which is unfortunate, as he's an interesting character - he's an immortal extremely powerful psychic who is the product of government experimentation who fits nicely in with the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen theme in that generally he doesn't want to fight and engage in heroic - he's quite happy being in retirement tending sheep in Switzerland. However, if things get rough, either because one of his arch enemies returns with the intent to start something, or the Earth is threatened, he will fight in Earth's defense, and he generally wins. He's kind of like educated immortal psychic John Rambo in that regard.
