Ge Ge Ge no Kitarou

Pink Tentacle has this great photo collection of trains in Japan that are decorated with anime characters. Hopefully they won't be upset that I swiped a pair for you guys to check out-- but you should definitely visit the article for the full array. They've got Doraemon, Ge Ge Ge no Kitarou, Tokimeki Memorial, Anpanman, One Piece, Pokemon, Galaxy Express 999, and plenty of others.
