AMV Tuesdays: Eats Meats: Versus

Girls + Screaming + Surfing Robots = ???

This is perhaps the strangest anime music video I’ve ever seen, yet it is made of so much trapar lifting, girl screaming, robot battling win that I want to punch my mother. Eats Meats: Versus is an AMV that uses the anime Eureka Seven to tell a story about a group of girls playing some kind of video game that causes them to constantly scream at each other. The music is... interesting to say the least. In case you are wondering the song is “The Head That Controls Both Left And Right Sides Slobbers And Eats Meats Even Today” by Bleach03.

As weird as this video might be, I really do think it does Eureka Seven justice. I mean really, the anime is just about a group of girls flying around in robots screaming at each other, or crying, or just being Rei; when it comes down to it, it is just as abstract. You can download a high quality version of it here.

Bonus video time, One Piece’s Eleven Supernovas. I love this AMV with all its pretty special effects, it’s just too damn short!

Very epic music videos and I definitely agree that the 2nd One Piece one was way too short.
