It is awards time, this time present by the Japanese government Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Like most Japanese awards, the winners are spoiled before the actual award show, which will be at the 13th Japan Media Arts Festival held within Tokyo between February 3rd to 14th. The winners of the 13th Japan Media Arts Festival are as follows.

They picked some very good anime/manga this time around. I’m especially pleased that Vinland Saga won the Grand Prize of the manga division. It’s a manga about vikings, what more can you ask for? Other than that you should all check out the anime/manga that one, because they are all truly fantastic.
