Who owns the licence in the UK now? I've been looking for the series over here it's unavailable unless I buy from some git who overcharges on amazon?

the dvds are on amazon for 12 quid and lower. hardly overcharging

No no I ment ebay I found the amazon ones later. 
 
Also any news on the original series on blu ray id like to see it all as was intended not this 2.22 cut down stuff.
