Soon after the appearence of the Black Spots a pharmaceutical company called Simeon occupied a Black Spot and built a tower. The leader of this force was a man named Adam Arclight and his 'Elite Four' which consisted of four very powerfull and mysterious Needless'. Rebel forces sprung up against Simeon.
The story revolves around Cruz Schild, the last surviving member of the force after they were ambushed. After being saved by a mysterious priest by the name of Adam Blade and a Doppelganger Needless called Eve Neuschwanstein They begin a long and difficult journey to take down Simeon, meeting many dangers and enemies along the way
