Natsuru Senō

Origin

A dim-witted, average guy who finds himself caught up in a secret war between the powerful Moderators and their Kampfer representatives, the hapless Natsuru Seno discovers one night that he has suddenly transformed into a girl! Unsure of what to make of this wild and freaky situation, he tries to come to grips with these turn of events, and eventually is notified by his messenger Disembowled Tiger that he has become a Blue Kampfer who must fight other Kampfers. Facing a life of uncertainty, Natsuru must adapt to living his life as not only a male student, but that of a powerful female Kampfer!

Creation

Natsuru Seno was created by __ for use in the Kampfer manga and light novel, and it is not known as to what inspired his creation. Natsuru first appears in Kampfer #1 and in Kampfer: Volume One.

Evolution

Over the progression of the story, Natsuru does not evolve with his powers or abilities like the other Kampfers that he gets to know seem to do. However, he slowly becomes smarter in the progression of events in the manga storyline compared to the clueless fool that the anime portrays him as.

Powers

In his normal male form, Natsuru does not possess any special powers or abilities that he gains whenever he is in his female form. After gender-swaping into his female Kampfer form, Natsuru gains access to his potent magical fire attacks due to being a Zauber-type, which he can summon in his hands and blast towards his opponents. When in his female form, he becomes much faster in both movement and the ability to dodge attacks that would normally kill normal people. However, he does not seem to gain any intelligence whenever he transforms, still leaving him as a clueless sap who has hardly a clue as to what he can truly do.
