@Destinyheroknight: For one I am not sure Tobi is speaking.Secondly,Tobi's character CONSTANTLY lies .First ,he hid under the persona of a man-child named Tobi then he claimed to be Madara.

I'll agree that it isn't any more of a stretch than future Sasuke but I'll throw in that both of those theories are equally nonsensical, ridiculous, and farfetched.
It's way more of stretch than the other Izuna and Obito. The only thing even close to solid evidence is that they both use chains, which is a pretty weak connection. The Obito argument is kinda wonky but at least you can make a super meh argument that they both have Uchiha abilities, for a while both of them were thought to only have one eye, and the amalgam letters in their name. That's not really much evidence at all and none of it holds much water, but it's significantly stronger than both of them use chains and they were alive at the same time.

Currently , we know that isn't the case so that is irrelevant.

Well, it could be that Tobi is a Entity that take over people bodies. (Kind of like Orochimaru) I beginning to believe that it might be the Ten Tail beast's soul (since it body is on the Moon and it probably want it back) so it made the moon plan to hide its true goal (also Tobi current body could be Konan, since she trash the last one)

She has access to the First Hokage's body which would allow her to use his cells for Izanagi and the creation of the White Zetsu.I am sorry don't have pictures for that.
All of your other arguments are literally they were alive at the same time, which doesn't mean anything. Anybody with a shovel has access to the 1st Hokage's body. When have the shown Tobi or Mito using Izanagi or said that Tobi made Zetsu? I don't understand how any of that is even relevant to the topic unless you're making some huuuuuuuuge leaps in logic, which would (as I've said) make this even wonkier of a theory than others.

.Tobi talked about Zetsu 's creation while speaking to Kabuto and Izanagi was use to save him/herself from Konan 's explosion.As I said somebody who could get both Madara and Hashirama's body parts would most likely be somebody from this era it,s just common sense since we've never seen anybody in Naruto actually pick-up a shovel for eyes . I am just trying to understand how my theory which I feel I have sufficiently backed-up is "wonkier" then all the other theories around,I mean the only thing you've used to justify the Obito theory is an already refuted assumption. As I said above not only did she have access to Madara's eyes but she also was from the same clan as Nagato which would enable her to give him the eyes and /or to know he was going to be born.Do you have any better candidate for giving the eyes to Nagato?Do you know any other characters or clan in the series that use chains as a restraining technique on bijuus?

Well, unless you're saying Mito had the rinnegan, we can put this theory out to pasture. The chains were the only thing that even made it kinda sorta but not really make sense. Everything else was just that she was alive at the same time as Madara, which doesn't mean much since you don't have to be alive at the same time to find bodies as evidenced by Kabuto being way too young to be alive during the lifespans of most of the characters he used Edo Tensei on.
