Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold

The Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold is a former base of operations for the Uchiha Clan. Set atop a mountain and surrounded by forest. This was the setting for the last battle between Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha.

Akatsuki Hideout Cave

A secret hideout of the Akatsuki group located near the Land of the River. This is the cave where Gaara had his tailed demon extracted and where Sakura and Chiyo battled Sasori.


An area where the coast meats the ocean. Consists mostly of sand and water.


A castle is a massive building with towers. Mostly used by royalty and rich people.


A dark opening in a solid mass, like rock.

Curry of Life Shop

Curry of Life is a shop ran by Sansho and Karashi. Rock Lee's life was saved here during a training session with Rock Lee. Later, his team and Naruto stayed here while on a mission.


A Desert is a fast stretch of land filled with nothing but sand and very little water. Extremely hot days and incredibly cold nights.

Fire Temple

The Fimre Temple is a great shinobi temple in the Land of Fire. It's led by a member of the Twelve Guardian Ninja.

Fish-Man Island

Fish-Man Island is an island in the Grand Line located beneath the Red Line, and is home of Fish-men and Mermaids.

Forest of Death

A training ground located in the Hidden Leaf village that is the home of various deadly creatures and the setting for the second stage of the Chunin Exam.

Grand Line

The Grand Line is the isolated sea, surrounded North and South by the Calm Belt, that spans the entire world of One Piece. It is the test of all who wish to be King of the Pirates.

Great Naruto Bridge

The Great Naruto Bridge was built by Tazuna and connects the Land of Waves to the Land of Fire.

Heaven and Earth Bridge

Located in the Hidden Grass Village, the Tenchi Bridge is where Sasori arranged to meet up with Kabuto, his spy. Team Seven learns of this and sets up a trap to hopefully catch Orochimaru. Orochimaru shows up and the bridge is destroyed during the ensuing battle.

Hidden Cloud Village

The Hidden Cloud Village is situated at the heart of the Land of Lightning and it is one of the 5 major ninja villages. Its leader is the Raikage..

Hidden Grass Village

Not much is known about this village other than that it produced two ninjas that tried to bully Gaara into throwing his fight against Sasuke- and were burtally killed by him- and that it consists of bridges that are continually blown up by Hidden Leaf ninjas.

Hidden Leaf Village

Konohagakure means "The Village Hidden in the Leaves." It is the village of many of the Naruto character's births, and a major area in the Naruto world reknowned for its military might.

Hidden Mist Village

The Hidden Mist Village, also known as Kiragakure, is located in the Land of Water.

Hidden Moon Village

The Hidden Moon Village is the ninja village for the Land of the Moon and the central location for the third Naruto movie.

Hidden Rain Village

The Hidden Rain Village is situated between three larger countries, which resulted in many wars being fought within its borders. It is the birthplace and former home of Hanzo, Nagato (Pain), Konan and Yahiko.

Hidden Sand Village

Known as the "Village Hidden in the Sand" is the hidden village of the land of wind.

Hidden Sound Village

The Hidden Sound Village was founded by Orochimaru for the purpose of experimentation.

Hidden Star Village

The Hidden Star is the ninja village for the Land of Bears. A meteorite struck the area 200 years before the start of the Naruto series which prevents vegetation from growing in the area.

Hidden Stone Village

The Hidden Stone Village, also known as Iwagakure, is the ninja village in the Land of Earth.

Hidden Waterfallall Village

Known as the "Village Hidden in a Waterfall" Takigakure's people specialize in water based jutsu and the Earth Grudge Fear jutsu, which Kakuzu uses to extend his life and access elemental chakra that he doesn't have a natural affinity towards.

Hidden Whirlpool Village

The Hidden Whirlpool Village is the former home of the Uzumaki clan. The village was destroyed during a war and the inhabitants migrated to other villages. Many of them ended up in the Hidden Leaf, an ally.

Honegami Grounds

The Honegami is a training ground located in the Hidden Leaf. Might Guy, disguised as an old sage (which only fools Naruto) tells Naruto, Sakura and Team 10 that the legacy of the 4th Hokage is hidden here in order to test their preparation for the Chunin Exam finals.


A place where the injured or sick are send in order to be healed or treated.

Hot Spring

Naturally created hot baths. People usually bathe in them nude or wearing a towel, they are popular in Japan.

Ichiraku Ramen

The favorite ramen shop of the Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto.

Iron Wall

The Iron Wall is Orochimaru's southern hideout. The warden of the facility is Karin, who abandons it to join Team Snake upon Sasuke's request.

Island Turtle

Located in the Land of Lightning, it is a gigantic and ancient turtle that Village Hidden by Clouds has cared for since its founding.


The Island nation of Far East Asia, and the setting for the vast majority of Anime and Manga.

Kannabi Bridge

Located in the Hidden Grass Village, this bridge was a vital supply point for the enemies of the Hidden Leaf during the Third Great Shinobi War. Team Minato was given a mission destroy the bridge and the events that followed led to its destruction and Kakashi receiving the Sharingan.

Karakura Town

A fictional area of Western Tokyo where Ichigo Kurosaki lives.

Katabami Gold Mine

The Katabami Gold Mine serves as Raiga's base of operation and the graved for his live burials.

Land of Birds

Land of Birds is a small country located between the Land of Wind and the Land of Earth.

Land of Earth

The Land of Earth is located to the northwest of the Land of Fire. It occupies a massive area and its ninja village is the Hidden Stone.

Land of Fire

The Land of Fire is regarded as one of the most expansive and militarily impressive countries in the Naruto series. Its ninja village is the Hidden Leaf.

Land of Forests

A land full of forests, this makes the river a very valuable crossing access.

Land of Iron

The Land of Iron served as the location for the Five Kage Summit. In contrast to most other lands, the Land of Iron uses samurai who can mold chakra rather than ninja.

Land of Lightning

A fictional country from the Naruto franchise, the Land of Lightning lies to the northeast of the Land of Fire. Its ninja village is the Hidden Cloud.

Land of Rice Paddies

The Land of Rice Paddies is a small nation that borders the Land of Fire and is the home of the Hidden Sound Village of Orochimaru.

Land of Rivers

The Land of Rivers is a nation that borders the Land of Wind. On one of the rivers was an Akatsuki base.

Land of Snow

The Land of Snow is a kingdom that was covered by perpetual winter. Once ruled by a kindly lord until he was assassinated by his brother.

Land of Tea

The Land of Tea is a neighboring country to the Land of Fire in the Naruto series.

Land of Water

The Land of Water consists of a series of islands located east of the Land of Fire. Its Hidden Village is the Hidden Mist village and its Kage is referred to as the Mizukage.

Land of Whirlpools

Also known as the Land of Waves and the Land of Eddies, the island of the Land of Whirlpools was the original home on the Uzumaki clan. After the clans destruction it became the Land of Waves and currently it has no ninja village.

Land of Wind

The Land of Wind is a fictional country in the Naruto franchise. It is located southwest of the Land of Fire. Its ninja village is the Hidden Sand.

Land of the Sea

The Land of the Sea consists of several islands. Mother Island is the main one, and it's surrounded by three other islands: Jiro, Taro, and Demon Island.
