Too innocent and was imo attractive when she was younger, shes only gotten better as she's aged.  
Plus as Kyon puts it: 
"I like the quiet ones, can I be frank? They tend to be the kinky ones."

I was always a little fond on hinata. Shes just so damn shy and cute. Plus, her character i think did the most 180 turn because in teh very beginning she was very timid and didnt believe in herself. then she fought Neji and grew a pair (figuratively speaking)

I vote Anko for the hottest... shame on the ones who choosed little girls! And no... I dont agree that Naruto got the hottest girls... even though it's my favourite anime.

Never could get into Hinata. Her uber submissive passive loser personality would be a major turn off for me. I don't won't be girlfriend/wife to act like a maid/servant/doormat and if it's just banging, she's nowhere near hot enough.
