The Naruto Shippuden 5: Blood Prison movie is the eighth film of the Naruto series that is the creation of Masashi Kishimoto. It's directed by Masahiko Murata, and screenplay by Akira Higashiyama. Music was composed by Yasuharu Takanashi and -yaiba-, the creators of the music for the Naruto Shippuden anime series. The Studio Pierrotcompany produced the movie and distributed by TOHO.
The original Japanese release is scheduled for July 30, 2011.
Plot
Naruto imprisoned in the Hōzukijou with no powers
After an attempt on the life of Ei Yotsuki, the Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village; and death of two of the jonin from the Hidden Stone Village and Hidden Mist Village, When in battle Ei Yotsuki is able to unmask this assassin, and he's revealed to be..... Naruto Uzumaki. His sentence is to be imprisoned in the Hōzukijou, an infamous facility that's also known as the Blood Prison. The warden, Mūi, uses the ultimate imprisonment jutsu that strips the prisoners of all power. Without his jutsu, Naruto has to defend himself from an evil that is trying to kill him within the walls of the Blood Prison, and his friends fight on the outside to prove his innocence.
