Nami met Aisa on the Going Merry. She had been rescued by Pagaya and Conis. Aisa had attempted to intimidate Nami upon their first meeting, but Nami wasn't impressed. Aisa rode with Nami on the Waver and the two bonded quite well.

Nami met Apis after Luffy saved her from the oceans of the East Blue. Nami and Luffy were the firsts to meet Apis' dragon friend Ryuji.

Bellemere is Nami's adoptive mother. She found Nojiko and Nami on a battle field. She left the Marines to raise them both as her daughters.

Billy is a friendly and an electrical powered bird that was created b Dr. Indigo.

Bon Clay was once Mr. 2 of the mysterious Baroque Works. Now a stead fast ally of Monkey D. Luffy. He ate the Mane-Mane Fruit and has the ability to mimic the face and body of anyone his right hand touches.

Brook is the latest member of the crew. At first Nami was terrified when she first met Brook. The first thing he ask of her was to see her panties. Her response was a swift kick to the head. She quickly adjusted to him as a member of the crew. He's a very polite speaker and addresses her as "Nami-san".

Brownbeard is the pirate captain of the Brownbeard Pirates. He attempted to take power on one of the islands under Whitebeard's protection after his death.

Nami first met Chimney at the Sea Train Station in the Grand Line, outside of Water 7. Chimney always seemed impressed with Nami. She always called Nami, Pirate-Lady (kaizoku-neechan).

Conis is the daughter of Pagaya. She was the first person the crew got to meet on Skypiea. Nami trusted Conis with the Going Merry after she had to escape on a Waver with Aisa from the giant python Norla.

Doctor Kureha is the doctor who treated the illness Nami had been infected with on Little Garden. Without treatment she would of died in a matter of days. Kureha told Nami, Chopper's story. After Wapol's defeat, Nami used the armory key to barter an earlier release from her care.

Nako is the doctor and tattoo artist in Cocoyashi. He was the one who treated Nami when Bellemere first brought her and Nojiko to the village. After the defeat of Arlong, he tended to her injuries, and he gave her the tattoo of her own design.

Nami is the person who gave Eyelashes his name. Luffy had rescued him, but he would only let the girls ride on his back.

Most of the crew harbored a resentment for Franky when they first met. It was his stealing of the 200,000,000 form Usopp that cause such tension in the crew. These differences were mended when he played a key role in the rescue of Robin. He rarely addressed her by her name and instead often called her Girlie, komusume.

Genzo is the local authority in Cocoyashi. He was present when Bellemere brought Nami and Nojiko to the village. He is the father figure of both Nami and Nojiko. He is protective of Nami's smile.

Gonbe is the pet rabbit of Chimney who thinks he's a cat.

Haredas is a weather scientist from Weatheria. He taught Nami some of his weather science.

Hatchan was a member of one of Arlong's crew that was present when Arlong killed her adoptive mother. For a long time he was one of Nami's most hated. When they crossed paths again much later, she saw a changed merman. He nearly lost his life trying to make up for some of the pain he had caused her in the past.

Carue is the childhood pet of Princess ViVi. Nami met Carue on Whiskey Peak.

Lily Enstomach is a female giant who ate the Mini-Mini Fruit and can shrink and grow her own body.

Lola is the captain of the Rolling Pirates. Desperate to marry she asks every man she meets for marriage.

Lola (Zombie) is the zombie form of Lola, and she's desperately in love with Absalom.

Mao is the new waitress of Onami's restaurant in the Boss Luffy Historical Arc filler episodes.

Mocha is a child who was kidnapped to Punk Hazard and fed a drug to cause her to grow.

Though Luffy is the captain. Nami often appears to be the one in charge. His easy going behavior is a source of irritation to Nami, but she has shown to depend on him greatly. Nami is also one of the few people he has ever trusted his precious straw hat with. Nami also often works as chief disciplinarian of Luffy's random behavior.

Nami and Vivi first met on the Going Merry, inside the belly of the giant whale Laboon. At the time she was still a member of Baroque Works. Once she was revealed to be a princess, the crew worked to return her to her homeland of Alabasta. They shared the same room and quickly became quite good friends.

They first met while leaving Whiskey Peak. Nami was originally very distrustful of Robin's desire to join the crew, that was easily overcome by the jewels that Robin stole from Crocodile. The two share the bed room and have become very close. In the fight to rescue Robin, Nami for the first time seemed excited.

She is Nami's older sister. Nami was an infant found on a battle field by Nojiko. While she carried Nami, they came across Bellemerre who would take them in. Nojiko got tattooed to help Nami feel better about the mark of Arlong she was forced to bare.

Nami first met Pagaya soon after their landing at Skpiea. She was able to test out his Waver, and he repaired the ancient Waver that the crew recovered from the Saint Bliss.

Nami's first meeting with Ace was just in passing as they were running from a Marine patrol. A short time later more proper introductions were had. Nami and the rest of the crew were amazed Luffy could have such a polite and courteous brother. When Ace gave Luffy the Vivre Card, it was Nami that sewed it into Luffy's straw hat.

Zoro was distrustful of Nami after she turned on them once before. He often complains that while he's the first mate he has to take orders from her. To which she often reminds him of the debt he owns her when he borrowed money from her.

It's possible that without Nami. Sanji would never of joined the crew. Out of all the crew members. Sanji is the only one she addresses with the Japanese honorific of "kun". She normally ignores his flirtatious attempts. Nami was the cook before Sanji had joined. After Sanji took over the cooking duties she had much more time to dedicate to her maps.

Scissors is a giant desert crab of Alabasta.

Nami first met Chopper after she awoke in the castle Doctor Kureha was using as her home. Nami was the first member of the crew that Chopper spoke with. Nami had wanted to coerce Chopper into joining the crew so she wouldn't have to remain in Drum Island for the remainder of her treatments.

Both being physically weak and normally try to avoid combat. The two share a certain bond. When she needed someone to create a weapon for her she went to Usopp.
