Based on the series of popular books called "Osaka Rules" by Chukei Shuppan, the anime series is produced by Toho Company. The anime is directed by Sota Sugahra and written by Kotaro Ishidate.

Plot
It's about Kyosuke who has reunited with his sister after living apart from each other for ten long years. When he meets his little sister, Namika, he finds out his little sister is not the same girl he used to remember.
