It is a manga series created by Osamu Tezuka.
It is about a man named Michio Yuki working as a banker by day and becomes a murderer at night. It's all because 15 years ago, as a kid, he becomes insane because of MW, the titular chemical warfare. Since then, Michio begins to commit crimes until he gets to the MW and use it end the world.
