Mutsumi is a 20 year old Todai Ronin who likes Watermelon and hot springs turtles. She tends to be anemic and faints frequently. She failed to get into Tokyo University three years in a row because she forgot to put her name on the exam or fainted during the exam.As required by Ken Akamatsu's Law of Love Hina Main Girls, she has two antennae on her head, like Naru Narusegawa and Mizuho Fujisawa both have.
