H.E.A.T. or Humanitarian Environmental Analysis Team is a organization formed after the destruction of the first Zilla. The organization both studies and protects the world from violent mutations.

Hybrid characters are often a mixture of different background that are normally thought to be in opposition. These are mostly seen as a mixture of humans with either aliens, spirits, or demons.

A human being with extraordinary powers not within the natural abilities of a normal human.

The T-Virus is the main source of infection in the Resident Evil/Biohazard series. It causes rapid mutation in human and non human cells. Depending on the host the virus can create a simple zombie to as complex as a Tyrant.

Basically the same team most people are familiar with, but in anime they could also join bodies to form a giant robot!
