Plot Summary

Fujiko and Goemon infiltrate Havana with the CIA's help, ostensibly to assassinate the country's charismatic new leader Fidel Castro before he gives a speech at the UN building in New York. However, Fujiko gets up close and personal with Fidel, trying to seduce him in order to get him to uncover the locations of Cuba's secret oil fields. Meanwhile, Goemon feels uneasy with committing to a political assassination.
