1941- . Pseudonym for Masaru Mori. Sometimes miscredited as Mori Masaki. A sometime manga artist who also works as an animator, Masaki joined Mushi Production in 1963 and worked on Kimba the White Lion, among other shows. He left in 1968 to devote himself to manga, but was tempted back in 1979 to direct Drifting Clouds for Madhouse. He has also scripted several anime, including Dagger of Kamui and Harmagedon.
