The relationship Between nami and Luffy always reminded me of that of a brother and sister.
I don't really like the pairing between Boa and Luffy, but out of the two i would pick this <<<<<

You might want to check out the Strong World movie. That one was actually written by Oda.

@FoxxFireArt: errr so? while it may peg Boa as somewhat of a...... "teen hunter", her evidence points out more on to her rather than nami

The only evidence is that she's obsessed with him. Luffy hasn't even noticed that. The whole two year time Luffy will be training Boa wont even be there. I seriously doubt she would be joining the crew. So, once he leaves. It's unlikely they will even see each other.
