Word on the Sunrise official website is that the first seven minutes of Gundam Unicorn are now available streaming on the Bandai Channel website! The bad news is that on top of being registered, you have to be in Japan to stream it. (Awww.)

But there's good news too! The precious seven minute clip will also be made available on the Playstation PSN store at 12pm on February 17th-- that'll be February 16th at 7pm PST/9pm CST/10pm EST for the North Americans here. And it will be free of charge!

So you have plenty of time to hook yourself up with a PSN account, if no one has managed to get it up on YouTube by then. In the meantime, hold yourselves over with a six minute commercial for the new OVA (which is not six minutes of straight footage, mind).

@HeeroYuy: I'm not super familiar with the Universal Century titles, but I have seen both alts and yeah, that'd be weird. I wouldn't put it past them to make an alt that COULD work in a crossover somehow eventually, but nothing yet, I don't think.

@HeeroYuy: Huh, I always thought those were part of the same 'universe' as UC, just different time frames-- but hey, of all the things I've claimed in my life, being in the know on Gundam was definitely never one of 'em ;)
