Missing Link Necrosis
Suzuha reveals that she is the real "John Titor" that has been posting messages on @channel's paranormal theories board. She tells of a horrible, dystopian future where CERN rules the world with an iron fist, Kurisu was a scientist working for them, and Okabe led a resistance movement against them. The satellite that crashed into the building was actually a working time machine that Suzuha used, one created thanks to Okabe's work.
However, the time machine is damaged, CERN still holds a significant amount of power, and Okabe is still trying to find a way to divert at least 1% from his original worldline in order to find a way to save Mayuri from death. He theorizes that fixing the time machine will allow Suzuha to find the IBN 5100 needed to hack into CERN, and divert the worldline enough to save Mayuri from death. So he tasks Daru with fixing the time machine, while Kurisu works on finishing her time leap device.
Meanwhile, Okabe decides to find the identity of Suzuha's father, the other reason she travelled into the past. Her only clue is some customized pin, but an immigrant jewel seller offers Okabe a hint.
