Misaki Shima is Futaba's love interest.
While in the gym, she meet up with Futaba in his female form. Despite that, she is unaware that the girl is Futaba, the one who has a crush on her. Because "Futaba-chan" joins the wrestling club, Misaki decided to join in so that Futaba won't be the only girl in the wrestling club.
Later, Misaki ended up discovering that Futaba as male and female are the same person. She is angered at this first, but accepts it.
