The main character and heroine of the series. Tsukuda is a second year high school student at the Tsukishima school. When she eats or drinks something that includes a carrot, she usually drinks a vegetable juice box, and says the magic key word of "Juu-Jitsu" (juice fruit), she is able to transform into a Mina, or member of the Rabbit Force.
She battles rabbit aliens who have committed crimes that pertain to violating the Non-Interference with Other Cultures' Sports Treaty, by utilizing her carrot weapon that is delivered to her by means of shooting them from the moon base. Her usual method of defeating these aliens is by means of a technique or special attack she calls, the Carrot Hammer.
Throughout the show, she juggles the responsibilities of being a high school student, a sports news reporter and anchor chair, as well as maintaining her secret identity as a member of the Rabbit Force.
