After John and I watched today's Saki episode, we started talking about Mihoko Fukuji, the captain of one of the other school's mahjong clubs. John finds her closed eye really creepy and annoying. I don't quite have the same problem, for some reason it feels pretty standard to me-- not unlike the closed eyes of Bleach's Gin Ichimaru.
