Michelle Neuhaus

Origin

She is Igor's deceased wive who died during the Blue Night. Somehow, she is brought back to life, but the person who did this is still unknown.

Creation

Michelle Neuhaus, who is created by Kenta Shinohara, has no information regarding any inspiration used to create her. She only appears in the anime, Blue Exorcist and first appears in Blue Exorcist episode 20. Her Japanese voice actress is Hiromi Tsuru.

Story Arcs

She first appears as the masked intruder who attacked Rin and Yukio's monastery. After Rin and Yukio see the her Polish writing and her victims in web-like cocoon, Rin runs into the alley, and Michelle attacks him. Michelle shoots web at Rin's sword to prevent him from unsheathing it. As she fight Rin, she informs Rin that she will killed his loved ones before killing him. When Yukio and Shura arrive, she runs away.

In the sewers, she attacks Yukio's professor, Hinokawa and encases him in web. Later, she attacks Renzo, Shima, and Konekomaru. She grabs Renzo's cell phone and makes Renzo talk to Rin for a moment. Michelle tells Rin to come to her. However, Yukio attacks Michelle with a holy water grenade. His tranquilizers did not slow down Michelle as she pins Yukio in a web. Rin barges in the window while Shura attacks Michelle who catches Shura's blade.

Rin burns the webs away, but Michelle attacks him only to be knock out through the window. When Shura goes to Michelle, her mask breaks, and Michelle runs away.

The following day, she appears unconscious on Shiemi's garden.
