Michael Harley

His past relationship with Kazuma is unknown, but he´s supposed to be related to an organization called the "Stars of Sagacity". His master was destroyed by Kazuma and he now seeks for revenge. In order to do so he seduced Misao with the falce promise of giving her enough power to kill Kazuma, whom she wanted dead since she believed him guilty of her brother´s death. The truth was that he used her just as a mere vessel to gather the energy of hundred of human innocent victims, from whom he sucked their lives by draining their vitality. When he finally gathered enough energy he used that power inside Misao to create a huge plasma dragon that almost defeats Kazuma, but with the aid of Ayano, he was able to defeat the creature and destroy Michael as well.
