Joey is preparing for his date with Lina when his sister, Holly, unexpectedly turns up. She's been gone for months persuing a rock career. She instantly begins harassing Joey and Psy, just like old times.
Meanwhile, Axel has begun to piece together the mystery of the "Ghost" that has been helping with the Center City reconstruction.
