A legendary Normal/Psychic type Pokémon which is one of the Phanthom Pokémon. It has the ability to change forms one is its Step form which makes its fighting capabilities higher making it a Normal/Fighting type. It is said that Meloetta is based of Moe Concept and Japanese Idols.
