A Meloetta that started following Ash on his journey in the Unova (Isshu) after he saved it.
Ash found the injured Meloetta on the road and helped nurse it back to health. In return, Meloetta accompanied Ash for a time, becoming the object of affection for both Ash's Oshawott and Dawn's Piplup.
