Megatron

Origin

The adopted son of Cryotek, he took the name of the legendary Decepticon spoke of in the Covenant of Primus. His "father" sent him on a mission to steal the Golden Disc with a group of other Predacons. Though several of the Predacons involved were killed, the group led by Megatron managed to steal the starship Darksyde and flew it through a rift in time-space crash landing on primitive Earth. There Megatron scanned the fossil of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, taking it as his Beast-Mode. Like his predecessor before him, he is filled with a great ambition for conquest.
