Alice is one of the few people who live within the Forest of Magic. She's a magician, known primarily for her skillful use of dolls as well as being a loner.

A carefree, slacker shinigami. When not complaining about her workload talks about death and suicide. She is the subordinate of Sikieiki Yamaxanadu, and has the power to manipulate distances. First appears in Phantasmagoria of Flower View as a playable character.

The shrine maiden of paradise, Reimu Hakerei is the main character in all of the Touhou games except for Touhou 9.5. Reimu is lazy but can also be very hardworking. She never gets any donations unfortunatley. Fans joke about her having attractive armpits because her sleeves are detached.

Sakuya is a human maid with the ability to manipulate time

The leader of the bunnies that guard Eientei, and a Youkai Rabbit herself. First appears in Touhou 8: Imperishable Night as the Stage 5 midboss, and has the power to grant fortune to anyone she wishes. She won't normally cause any harm to humans.

Yuyuko is the ghost princess of Hakugyokurou. She appears in Perfect Cherry Blossom, Immaterial and Missing Power, Imperishable Night , Phantasmagoria of Flower View.
