Ruler

VA: Ami Koshimizu

The 43rd Ruler of Magic, who governs the magical world. Not particularly gifted either with physical or magical abilities, she takes the form of a human and is skilled in battle. She has deep wisdom and a carefree, glamorous body. At the same time, she is concerned by being a little plump.

Hero

VA: Jun Fukuyama

A superbly strong human, and arch-nemesis of the magicians. He is held up the hope of the human world, and heralds into the magical world in order to subjugate Ruler. Fairly popular with members of the opposite sex, he retains his youthful beauty and is still a virgin.

While watching this, I noticed that his sword looked alot like Link's Master Sword

Maybe the main character is a homage to Zelda and they're trying to imagine what would happen if Link found a really hot girl instead of Gannon.

Come to think of it, they almost made it similar. With Link, there are a lot of interpretations whether or not he likes Zelda. I say in Wind Waker, he and Tetra were a lot closer than any of their video game incarnations.

I'm on episode 4. It's a good show if you like the romance between the non-assertive virgin hero and a smart demon queen. Plus, the two share a goal to end the war without further bloodshed.

My bad, Acura Max reminded me of Skyward Sword. The bonds between Zelda and Link are damn hot.
