A member of the Decepticons capable of impersonating other Transformers.
Origin
Makeshift is a Decepticon capable of disguising himself as other Transformers and impersonating their voices and personality, he is also skilled at memorizing information about who he is imitating but only to the degree of what information is available about them. He is first seen when Starscream intercepts a message to the Autobots sent by Wheeljack, Starscream uses this as an opportunity to both capture Wheeljack and to replace him with Makeshift in order to locate the Autobot base. At first the deception is effective. but Bulkhead quickly realizes something is awry when Wheeljack is not acting like himself (too quiet) eventually Bulkhead confronts Makeshift asking him to tell a war story about their group the Wreckers, Makeshift makes a critical error and states that Bulkhead took part in the events of the story, to which Bulkhead points out that at that point he was a member of Team Prime and no longer one of the Wreckers. With his cover blown Makeshift takes Miko hostage and orders the Autobots to open the Groundbridge or he will kill the girl, they comply, but fortunately on the other side of the portal the real Wheeljack has broken free and uses the bridge portal bursting through saving Miko. and making short work of Makeshift. Bulkhead then throws Makeshift through the portal and back to the Decepticon base, along with a bomb Wheeljack had attached to his hip. Makeshift was presumably destroyed in the explosion, or at least severely damaged. Appearance: Makeshift's true appearance is mysterious and has only been seen in shadow, his true voice is only briefly heard just before he was blown up
