Pell is the guardian falcon of the Alabasta Kingdom. Sworn to destroy all enemies of the nation. Pell will take flight once again to save Alubarna, the kingdom, it's people, and his princess. Vivi and the Straw Hat crew can only bare witness to such bravery.
