Machination

Lana enrolls into Satellizer's class where she is shown to be a formidable fighter. During a practice bout with Ganessa, she is stopped short by the instructor, before causing any serious injuries to her opponent. On the other hand, she continues to persue Kazuya, despite worried warnings from Arthur and Kaho. Lana still wishes to make Kazuya her partner in life, much to Satellizer's dismay and jealousy.

Similarly, Arthur and Kaho continue to warn Kazuya not to be with Satellizer. They inform him of the incident when Satellizer is held back a year and expelled from East Genetics Academy after seriously injuring a Limiter who is also known to be a playboy. To their horrow, Kazuya is not disuaded at all. He is still determined to be Satellizer's Limiter.

Later, Attia instigates by twisting the facts and telling Lana that Satellizer is only using Kazuya for his Freezing power and therefore, has not performed baptism with him, yet. Lana, infuriated, confronts Satellizer at a training facility, where they duel over who should be Kazuya's rightful partner. After a brutal fight, Kazuya intervenes to clarify the facts to Lana. However, Attia, along with two other third-years, Arnett McMillan and Creo Brand, arrives to beat the underclassmen to bloody pulps.
