Fujiko Mine, an incredibly beautiful thief and spy whose charms can seduce any man or woman, has been traveling around the world looking for excitement and adventure in stealing rare and valuable items. However, her latest adventures take her to exotic locations where she will run into a handful of interesting characters whose skills might rival her own: the legendary thief Lupin III, the cold-hearted marksman Daisuke Jigen, and the heroic samurai Goemon Ishikawa XIII.
